A bit about me
Experience to share. Questions to ask. Change to help make happen.
I’ve spent my career helping organisations grow, change and find new ways to create value — in professional services, financial services and organisations with a strong sense of purpose.
I believe business has an important role to play in solving some of the biggest challenges we face, and that commercial success and positive impact can reinforce each other. I’ve had the privilege of leading significant transformation at Grant Thornton, building Fair4All Finance from scratch, and working with boards, investors and leaders across different sectors.
Along the way I’ve learned that some of the constraints we accept are simply rules someone else created — and sometimes they can be changed. I’ve also learned, usually the hard way, that transformation depends as much on people, confidence and culture as it does on strategy.
Today I work with leaders and organisations trying to do something difficult or different — helping them think more ambitiously, challenge what they assume is possible, navigate uncertainty and turn good intentions into meaningful change.
I don’t have all the answers. What I bring is experience, curiosity, challenge and a willingness to share both the successes and the scars.

Board and advisory work
I take on a small number of non executive and advisory roles where I believe my experience of transformation, culture, purpose, finance and systems change can make a useful contribution.
Current and recent roles include with The ABI, GHO Capital LLP, Our Future, Leapfrog Investments and the Levelling Up Advisory Council.
