Leadership can be surprisingly lonely. Sometimes what's most useful is somewhere to think out loud with someone who can listen carefully, ask difficult questions and isn't invested in a particular answer.

I coach and mentor senior leaders and people navigating significant change - in their organisations, careers and sometimes themselves.

My approach draws on more than 30 years of leading organisations and transformation alongside my training as a coach, mentor and NLP practitioner. I may share insights from my own experience although ultimately I believe the people I coach have many of the answers themselves. My role is to help uncover them.
