Following my last post on diversity I’ve been reflecting on how this translates into my day to day life as a leader at work. How does it change how I am, who I am?

A theme in my work over the last few years has been around diversity of thought. How it is bringing together different perspectives that creates space for better thinking. Because no one will ever see the world as I see it and I will never see the world as someone else sees it.
